If you continue to use this Software, you will be deemed to have accepted the revisions; if you do not agree to the modifications, you must cease using this Software.
2.1 You must register a YuYe Collaboration account using a valid email address or phone number. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and to update it promptly.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities conducted through your account are deemed to be your own actions, and you bear legal responsibility for all activities under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
2.3 During the early access phase, this Software may use an invitation system or limited application slots. We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3.1 The core features currently offered by YuYe Collaboration include: HD video conferencing, smart channel chat, cloud file collaboration, and team management tools. Specific features are subject to the actual interface; we may optimize or adjust some features at any time.
3.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use this Software on the Windows operating system, solely for legitimate personal or internal team collaboration purposes.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using this Software. You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
If you violate the above provisions, the Company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
5.1 All intellectual property rights of YuYe Collaboration, including but not limited to software copyrights, trademarks, interface designs, source code, algorithms, and commercial logos, are owned by Linyi YuYe Trading Co., Ltd.
5.2 For content (text, images, files, etc.) you upload or publish while using this Software, the intellectual property rights remain with you or the original rights holder. You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3 Without our prior written consent, no individual or entity may use the "YuYe Collaboration" brand or related commercial logos, nor resell or lease this Software for commercial purposes.
We take your privacy very seriously. For detailed rules on the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
7.1 In the event of service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, basic telecommunications failures, etc.), the Company shall not be held liable for breach of contract but will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as possible.
7.2 Unless otherwise required by law, the Company's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount of any fees you have paid to the Company for using this Software in the past six months (if applicable). For free early access users, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages or lost profits.
8.1 We may temporarily interrupt services for system maintenance, upgrades, or business adjustments. For planned interruptions, we will provide advance notice via website announcements or notifications.
8.2 If you violate the core obligations of these Terms, we have the right to immediately terminate these Terms and delete your account data. You may also cease using this Software and delete your account at any time.
8.3 After the early access phase ends, we may discontinue support for older versions. Please follow official announcements for information on upgrading to the official version.
9.1 The formation, execution, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
9.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court located in the Company's domicile (Lanshan District, Linyi City, Shandong Province) for litigation.
10.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
